I recently purchased this supplement for added detox support. I haven't taken it long enough to notice too much "change" in how I feel so far, but I will say that it tastes great and I have experienced no negative side effects. I take it straight when I wake up in the morning on an empty stomach and do not mix with anything. The flavor tastes just like strawberry and I find it pleasant. You can see a good moisture on your skin and face but I also make sure I put serum and moisturizer on my face or lotion on my skin. My point is, it added glow. I love it’s smell too and it taste really good. Sweet strawberry flavor. I take it directly in my mouth. I’m good not taking any water when taking this cause it has no after taste and it’s like taking a sweet syrup. I only take 1ml per day instead of 2ml. I don’t wanna overdo it to myself cos I ain’t aiming to whiten my skin. So far, I definitely am gonna order one again. Almost out of it for now.

It is so yummy by itself that I actually look forward to taking it every day by itself. It tastes like fresh berries to me, much better flavor than my previous brand. Besides glutathione, it has several other beneficial ingredients that help me with joint support and overall wellness. The dose is 2mL daily which I have been splitting up into AM & PM, taking 1mL at each interval. I take it under the tongue, hold for about 10 seconds and then swallow. This is a liposomal product so it is designed for improved absorption and high bioavailability. Awesome product!!
