Review: These drops are wonderful for my eyes - Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops Preservative Free are the best drops that I have tried. I have a long history of drug allergies and sensitivity reactions to products but Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops Preservative Free have given me no problems whatsoever. After having cataract surgery, glaucoma and dry eyes, I've tried different drops but this has worked wonders for me. These drops last longer and give instant relief with no residue buildup around my eyes like some others. The vials are easy to carry in the purse and keeps from getting a whole bottle contaminated. I don't have to use as many in a day, therefore it saves me money. I would recommend that you give this a try if you have sensitive dry eyes and your doctor approves it for your condition. Review: Excellent, soothing eye drops - Non irritating. Skin around eyes feels softer after use. Takes texted out every time. Eases the sore itch that comes w/blepharitis. Or just for dry, irritated eyes. The Eye Doc on You Tube had recommended and so glad I found it.

Ophthalmologist-recommended and it genuinely delivers โ still using it a month post-LASIK
My ophthalmologist recommended these drops as part of my pre and post-LASIK routine, so I didn't go into this purchase blind (no pun intended). But even with professional backing, you never really know how something will feel until you actually use it. These have been consistently good. The relief is fast โ you feel it almost immediately after applying, that cooling, soothing sensation that dry or irritated eyes after LASIK really need. There's no stinging, no blurriness right after, just actual comfort. I'm now about a month out from surgery and still reaching for these regularly. Dry eye is one of the most common side effects of LASIK and it doesn't disappear overnight, so having something that actually works makes a real difference in day-to-day comfort. One thing I really appreciate about this particular format is the single-dose vials. They're so much more practical than a regular bottle โ easy to throw in your bag, use on the go, and you're not worried about contamination since each one is sterile and sealed until you open it. You also end up wasting less product overall, which makes the value per drop better than it might look at first glance compared to the standard bottle. Once you factor that in, the price makes a lot more sense. I've tried other lubricating drops before and they either felt too watery and wore off quickly, or left a filmy residue. These hit a good middle ground โ substantial enough to last but not heavy or uncomfortable. If your doctor has recommended lubricating drops post-surgery, or you deal with chronic dry eye, these are worth keeping in your routine. I'll keep buying them.

THE BEST RELIEF I'VE EVER HAD FOR MY EYES, BY KILLING THE MITES THAT LIVE ON THE LASHES! TRY IT!!
DO YOUR EYELASHES DRIVE YOU CRAZY? DRY? GRAINY? THE LASHES THEMSELVES MAKE YOU WANT TO PULL THEM OUT & YOU DON'T KNOW WHY? DID YOU KNOW MITES LIVE ON OUR EYELASHES? (ME NEITHER!) For years, I have gone to eye Drs. to try to get help w/ what was wrong w/ my eyes; to no avail. I ACTUALLY BEGAN PULLING THE EYELASHES OUT TO GET ANY RELIEF & GOING THROUGH A BOTTLE OF EYEWASH A WEEK. GREAT NEWS! -I am *Not a Dr., please ask yours first I PUMPED THIS ONTO A COTTON BALL & RUBBED IT ALONG THE OUTSIDE OF MY LASHES I COULD START TO FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN MERE MINUTES. I GOT A NEW COTTON BALL W/ SOLUTION, & GENTLY WIPED IT ALONG THE INNER LASHES. I HAD ACTUAL RELIEF. I AM *NOT SAYING THAT WILL BE TRUE FOR EVERYONE & I OFTEN HAVE TO DO IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS IN A ROW BUT THIS WORKS SO MUCH BETTER & I NOW HAVE 3 FAMILY MEMBERS USING IT. - no eye irritation / - no scent / - so easy to use / - very safe to my sensitive skin / - for me, insanely effective

Very Effective Eyedrops, But a Bit Costly
Refresh Optive Mega-3 provides strong relief for dry, irritated eyes. These eyedrops are smooth and very hydrating, and the preservative free formula is ideal for sensitive eyes. Each vial gives about two applications, and the packaging is convenient and hygienic. Iโve noticed that they make my vision more blurry for a short time compared to some preservative-containing drops Iโve used, but that seems to come with better long-term lubrication. My eyes stay comfortable longer after using them. The main downside is the price, which is higher than other options, especially those with preservatives. Still, theyโre worth it if comfort and moisture retention are priorities.
