I’m extremely satisfied with the Oyakin Elbow Brace for cubital tunnel and ulnar nerve support. It’s made a noticeable difference in my comfort, especially at night when my symptoms used to be the worst. The brace is well-designed and easy to adjust, providing a secure fit without feeling too tight or restrictive. It keeps my arm in the right position to reduce strain on the nerve, and I’ve experienced less numbness and tingling since using it. What really stands out is how comfortable it is for extended wear. The materials feel soft and breathable, and it doesn’t irritate the skin even after hours of use. It also stays in place throughout the night, which is a huge plus. Overall, this is a high-quality, effective brace that delivers on its promises. I would definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with elbow pain or ulnar nerve issues.

Wasn’t sure how it would be due to the low price compared to other brands but are pleasantly surprised by the quality! High quality Velcro (not the typical kind that you find on shoes, but the one that has lower height teeth, so it does not scratch and hurt if you accidentally brush against it), pretty comfortable material, and pretty smart how they allow you to put in or take out 2 metal thin plates that can immobilize the arm. At $13, would even consider getting another one as a spare. Even if it lasts only a few months, is worth the price!

Not as flexible as I wanted it to be because I am very active and use my arms a lot throughout the day. But if you have an elbow injury and need a comfortable brace that fits all sizes, this is it! Important note: if you intend on using this elbow brace for lifting, this is not it. This brace is better for those who need to immediately protect their elbow from injury and need to stay off of it. You can definitely work out in this elbow brace and it's quite breathable, but this brace mostly prevents your elbow from bending which is good depending on the severity of your injury. - provides pain relief (with my case at least) - great velcro quality - cheap - limited range of motion

It does a good job of braving my arm but it’s not really comfortable. It’s very sturdy and rigid - not a stretchy fabric but it is adjustable to fit most people’s Arms. It definitely keeps me From bending the elbow but it kinda digs in to my skin a bit making it tough to wear for lengths of time. I use it for sleeping and To keep me from bending my arm to use my cell. Not a compression garment

After reviewing other items, this seemed like the best item for me to give a try to and so glad I did. I wear this at night to keep my arm straight due to my cubital tunnel syndrome issues. For me, it gets a little uncomfortable in the middle of the night but that is probably due to my issues with the CTS. Its easy to put on, compression can be determined by how tight you put it on, the fit and size are perfect. To me, this is a great price for this item and does give me some pain relief.
