Excellent. I was worried about the flavors. I’m used to Saltt brand. The flavors were all rated different. I loved all the flavors, especially the Lemon Lime. Refreshing and not overly sweet. I think Passion Fruit was best rated but I thought it was the worst tasting. Had a weird aftertaste (might be from the citric acid) and a little too sweet for me. I used one packet for 40 oz. All the other flavors were very good. They’re an excellent brand. I take their German creatine too. I already repurchased. I like the higher potassium in these also. Definitely give these a try.

Bought these for a recent vacation and they were a great find. I really liked that they come in individual packets—it made it so easy to toss a handful into each of our backpacks without worrying about spills or bulk. They were super convenient to use on the go, which is always a plus when traveling. All of the flavours were enjoyable, but the lime one definitely stood out as my favourite. Refreshing, easy, and travel-friendly, exactly what I was hoping for.

I just started red light therapy and this combined with that has me so energized in the morning. I would recommend starting your morning with a package of this and then wait 30 mins to an hour before consuming any caffeine. I feel like an energizer bunny. My motivation has come back. Great product :). I gave four packets to 2 friends and my husband. All loved it.

These have good levels of electrolytes and a great assortment of flavors. They don’t smell great and don’t have the same sugary taste as other electrolyte packets. So if that’s what you’re wanting, you won’t like these. They are effective.
