Is the 7mm for skateboards or is it the 8mm

Either of these would work for skateboards. It just depends what size your axle is. I use these on roller skates. Most newer skates are 8mm, but mine are older, and I still have to buy the 7mm bearings. Skateboards......I'm not as familiar with, but if you just measure the axle you can buy the appropriate size. I would use a digital caliper to measure them, but if you don't have one, you could always just grab a 7mm and 8mm wrench and whichever slides over the axle (with no gap) is the size you need.

Do these fit 7mm or 8mm axles?

608's are 8mm.627's are 7mm.These bearings are the best that you can buy for the money. All the moderate competition folks at the rink use them. I have them in my skates, and so does my son.

I have Bones Elite 62mm, 101A wheels on my skates. Will these bearings fit?

Yes these will fit. However, this is a 16 pack and for a skateboard you will only need an 8 pack. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks, Skateboards R Us 310-462-9991

How many come in a set?

Hi, Thank you for your interest in Bones Reds. The listing that you referenced in your question is for a 16-pack of bearings. There will be 16 bearings in this pack, enough for 8 wheels. Your 5-star satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please feel free to contact us with any other questions or concerns. Thanks, David
