Easy to use and connect. Used for mouse and keyboard connection and have been very happy. Great price for the convenient connection when have limited ports.

This isn't just a "Y-splitter" designed for charging. It's actually a 2-port USB2.0 hub and handles data just as a hub would. It also can supply the amperage required for 2 USB devices, as long as they don't exceed the 2.0 specification. I purchased this to connect 2 VKB Gladiator joysticks via a single USB cable. I had originally tried a 4-port USB3 hub, but my OS (CachyOS) did not like it ... delays in entering sleep mode and shutdown/startup were the primary issues and this device does not cause those problems at all. The OS sees it as ID 214b:7260 Huasheng Electronics USB2.0 HUB. It does exactly what I need it to do and does it better than an arguably "more advanced" device.

Got the proper data signal through both ends, great for my tablet with the single USB port.

I used this cable as a short extension from my PC to a four port hub. I used the second connection as my keyboard port. It works just fine.
