What kind of adjustable strap does this cap have?

It's a sturdy green plastic strap that adjusts nicely. Just don't put it in the dryer.

Is this hat supposed to have rips in it? Picture shows several missing stitches and small rips.

The pictures are accurate. It's my husband's favorite hat. Looks great and like it's broken in. Highly recommend this hat!

My father fits a double xxl hat will this fit him?

It should. I wear XXL clothes myself
