Worth It, Try It
Impressive knife. Blade was centered and sharp enough to shave. Grinds are good, even and symmetrical. Jade G10 is attractive and textured enough to have grip but not tear up your pockets. Clip works well, goes in and out of the pocket easily, especially for a new knife. Blade flips open, quick enough for me since I do not fidget with my knifes. Probably will smooth out more with use. Already suits me fine. Detent is excellent, fires open with the light switch method yet keeps the blade securely in the handle when folded. Locks open early at about 30 percent. Feels securely locked and no blade play that I can feel. Good knife, especially for the low price. Recommended and my second Eafengrow. I will buy more.

Get what you pay for
Cons:A knife for under $20 what do you expect? The blade dulls quickly and feels wobbly. The handle is plastic. Pros: cheap and I get a lot of compliments on it. I mean it's not a Benchmade, but it cost under $20. 4 stars because of the price and look of it. I use it at work and it does the job.

Value
Iโve been looking for a knife with jade scales for some time but they are either grossly overpriced or sold out. I threw a dart at this one and I must say, Iโm in shock at the quality for the price. Really sharp out of the box, blade is perfectly aligned, solid clip, no give anywhere; no rattles etc., gimping is robust and the steel is nice. It looks and feels like a $300+ knife. Time will tell with use but Iโm happy with what I got.

All in all, a good tool, a nearly terrible pocket clip knife
Today wasn't the first day I've carried this knife since receiving it about two weeks ago, but today was the first day I had something to use it on. As a knife, as a tool, it's fine. Edit: 3.5 stars, it's a fine tool - it's just a stored-in-car tool, now, since I believe the clip to be dangerous. As a piece of daily wear, it's something somewhat less. Included is a picture of one of the chief complaints of the reviews I've read - that it has a very shallow pocket clip. Now, these weren't some very rugged jeans I was wearing today, but instead one of the few pairs of designer jeans I've ever bought - they're thinner jean material than Levis or Wranglers. Yet even they stuck the end of the pocket clip out. It's not that it's razor sharp, but I can absolutely foresee folks cutting their arms open with forceful, unintended swipes by it over the course of time. Arms, fingers, or hands. This is not, in my opinion - and having had the experience of a slightly-bent jeans rivet in that same place open my hand up to bleeding - a safe pocket clip for the size of knife it is attached to. This size of knife will generally be paired with rugged pants - not silk-thin pants. Part way through the day, today, I gave up on using the pocket clip, and just threw it in my pocket. Edit March 15th, 2020 - just received a Grand Way S-35 that is to replace the Eafengrow for daily carry because the Eafengrow's clip is so unsafe. Comparison pictures of the S-35 to the Eafengrow EF33 (Grand Way in orange, Eafengrow in that pleasing jade green). I like the Eafengrow EF33 a good deal, BUT... its pocket clip has a relatively pointy end. But that, alone, may not be a dangerous feature until it's mated to a really, really thin-gapped clip. What this creates, with all pants save for very, very thin quick-dry shorts, is that the end of the clip sticks out. This, in my opinion, it too dangerous. It's sharp feeling, and I know - I don't guess, but I know - that if I continued to do daily chores, and work, I'd eventually slive the inside of my wrist or hand pretty badly with the Eafengrow's clip since it sticks out so badly. Much more expensive knives may have even better clips, clip clearances, and clip ends, but I'm not into that market. The Grand Way S-35 seems capable and carry-able on all fronts. I also like the 'teeth' or whatever they are called at the thumb-area of the blade. I'll probably be taking the clip off of the Eafengrow now that I have the S-35.

Great price. Great knife. Glad to own it.
I was hesitant to buy this not really knowing a whole lot about Eafengrow, but I am glad I made the choice to purchase this knife. This knife is comparable to $100 + knives that I have owned. It opens smooth without accidentally opening out on its own. It stays in place until you deploy it. The finish on the handle has a very nice texture that doesn't allow your hand to slip off very easily. The jimping on the top part of the blade and the flip tab are comfortable and are a great added touch. Knife came razor sharp.

Pivot screw won't stay
Edited: The knife blade itself is of very good seeming quality. Extremely sharp out of the box and holds it's edge well. The angles appear, at least, near perfect and the alignment of ALMOST everything is seemingly spot on. It fits and feels great in the hand also. However there are four points that need to be addressed and I'll leave it to you to decide if it's a deal breaker for you or not, it is for me, and is the reason I won't purchase another Eafengrow. 1) There's play in the blade and as I've used it it's gotten worse. The screw, holding the blade in at the pivot point, has come loose after several flips each day for only a week. Now it's extremely loose and I cannot tighten the screw without it coming loose again within a few flips. I thought this to mean that it escaped the factory without any Loctite applied, I was wrong. Even after applying a generous amount of Loctite and letting it sit the full 24 hours, it comes undone after 15 minutes of flipping. This is a major production issue, not simply a QC problem. 2) The second thing about it, which, unfortunately, stands out like a sore thumb, actually, it results in a sore thumb, because something that should stand out like a sore thumb doesn't. Wow that's a mouthful and mind bender. Okay, so it's the liner lock. The locking liner section should stick out just a little further than the handle scale, so it's easy to find and push away for closing the blade. On this knife it's actually slightly recessed. Now this doesn't mean I can't use it, nor does it mean that it's particularity difficult to do so, but what it does mean and leads to is a pinching of the skin on my thumb, between the liner and the handle scale. Now so far it hasn't drawn blood, and I'm guessing it won't, as it really only barely pinches the skin at the very surface, I don't even feel it. Still, this is a major design flaw, or QC issue. And it leaves the skin, where it pinches, feeling like a burr along a blade edge, requiring me to rub my fingers together to reduce it back. 3) This is purely personal preference, but I don't like thick bodied pocket knives and this one is very thick. It's nice in the way that it fits great in the hand, filling it perfectly. However it's not great for carrying EDC. I like nice thin bodies, easy to conceal and doesn't bulk up a pocket unnecessarily. These scales are very thick and so is the liner, twice as thick as both need to be, in fact. Hell I could take the scales off and just use the liner as a frame lock instead, if I could find replacement screws. It would work way better for me, but that's just nit picking. 4) This one I don't really care about, but I know others will. The pocket clip, while being awesomely low profile (which I absolutely love), is too low of a profile to fit most jeans or cargo shorts very well.

Eafengrow EF33 knife good value for the money
Prompt delivery, flips open so fluidly and locks securely in place. A solid and sturdy pocket knife with a razor sharp blade. Good value for the money. I got the โjadeโ handles and am delighted with my purchase..!

Beautiful but heavy.
I was a sucker for the "jade" scales. Came very sharp and near perfect fit and finish. Action is smooth and liner lock is positive and has a nice scallop for unlocking. I just wish it wasn't so heavy. All stainless steel, so I knew it would be. For the price, a steal. Way too pretty for work knife.
