Säure sucht man im Geschmack vergebens, hier hat die dunkle Röstung wohl alle Säure zerstört. Von diesem Kaffee kann man durch seinen Koffeingehalt jedoch nicht zu viel am Tag trinken, außer man hat gern den Pulsschlag eines Kolibris oder will den Weltrekord im wachbleiben brechen.
