7830730 Stops Rust Rust Reformer Formula, 8 oz, Black

I have used several products on my metal garden accessories. this one I like the best. It is easy to use, not messy and drys quickly. It is paintable and sticks to the metal will or stops the rust. I'm not sure how it works but it does it well. i have used it on old metal garden stakes, signs, chairs/tables and other items. Then i repaint them for new garden life.

Worked fine for me. I would say sanding before application is highly recommended. It seems also that one need to finish the iob from the first attempt, since once you let it dry, it seems to create a thin layer that does not allow any penetration through it of your later attempts to add a second layer.

Excellent rust reformer. I use it on small rust spots on the car. Two or three coats works well. I also use this on the battery terminals. When you coat all sides of the terminals (including the bottoms which requires removing them from the battery) it totally stops all corrosion for years. Be sure to shake the bottle before using, and when done, tightly close the cap.

Nice, work slow the converter

Perfect size for several projects. Worked well on a patio table that was beginning to show signs of rust. Also used it on wrought iron hand rails, an iron bench, et al. Easy to apply, dries to the touch within an hour or so, ready for sanding, painting or other finishing next day. Clean up was easy, following the directions on the bottle. Would buy this product again.
