The flavors are really great. I actually used these during labor after along 26 hours. Definitely helped give me energy when I couldn’t eat anything during the last couple hours of my birthing experience

Good value gels, some questionable ingredients
Good basic gels with solid main ingredients - maltodextrin for quick release energy plus some electrolytes. Other ingredients I'm not quite so keen on being in there such as the xantham gum - I understand that they want to tweak the texture to get it thick enough, especially with it being high water content/isotonic but it is the sort of ingredient that could lead to GIU distress in large quantities. Can't complain about the value, less than half the price of some alternatives.
