Can this be applied to dry hair? (Not wet)

I use it on dry hair to get the general style I want to hold.

I'm looking for a hair cream that will not harden up, will give the necessary hold, and rinse out with ease will this work

Hello. In my experience, this hair cream does not harden up and holds well. I didn’t find it to just rinse out: I had to shampoo to feel like it was out of my hair. I hope this helps.

can i use this to style a hairstyle(buns or high pony) on dry(non wet) hair?

It works on super wet hair. (No Towel after shower). But dry hair, no.

It does dry. But my hair is very flat with no volume. But with just a dab of this my hair has volume and looks teased. I love this stuff.
