Paradise Red Cherries, 8 Ounce

These are far too expensive for the amount you receive.

We get these for my mom's home made Fruit Cakes she makes. She not only uses them in the batter, but on the outside for decoration. You can hardly find these anymore so she was happy to find them online and we ordered them. If you're not familiar, these taste great, but are very sweet on their own. Very sticky too. Best pic I could find was them already sliced and covered. (Sorry)

My wife will only use this product every yr before Thanksgiving. She makes 2 cakes each yr. Per my wife these cherries hold up in baking & stay moist. They cut well keep there color also. They mix well with the cake recipe & pecans from our trees which is a family recipe that goes back to her Grandma's Recipe. She tried others over the yrs especially the diced ones they didn't work as well as this product. She only uses the green & Red. Peg my wife recommended only this product.

The cherries was very fresh. Excellent value for your money. The taste was awesome. The quality was wonderful, and the appearance was bright. Red, unless there's somebody here in the rainbow, all night

Great product, and nice to be able to get these year round. What can I say, I love my fruitcake recipe, or maybe it’s the rum. The product was fresh and expiration date over a year away. However…the photo is misleading. It looks like the larger 16oz tub, but it is the flatter 8oz tub. The description is correct and the photo does show 8 oz on the label. Just the photo is skewed. So pay attention to the description, and not the photo like I did. Enjoy! Fruitcake is not just for Christmas!
