Broken/Defective right out of the box!
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!Bought this back in April (it now August) to clean some used appliances we were getting this summer. We just got the appliances today so I took this unopened steamer off the shelf, opened it and followed the instructions to get it started. I repeated this process several times over the span of about an hour. The preheat light will turn from blue to read, but despite waiting several minutes and/or adjusting the steam level from 1-2-3 it never produced any steam. The top of the unit gets pretty hot but no steam will flow from the nozzle. I'm way past the 30 return window for Amazon so I tried to use the manufacturer's website for warranty support but after I entered my email the email request field turns blank and nothing happens. Same when I try to click the "Extended Warranty" button. GARBAGE PRODUCT...GARBAGE SUPPORT...GARBAGE MANUFACTURER! DON'T BUY!!!

I’m house cleaner,many of my clients don't like cleaning liquids, so I clean using only water, which makes the job a bit more tedious. One of my clients asked me, "Why don't you use a steam cleaner?
