Sweet Air intake

So overall I am happy, gives the car a nice little sound of air rushing in when you get on it…. One little annoyance…. The plastic screw that connects the rubber return hose didn’t fit on my air intake and I stripped the plastic threading… K&N sent a replacement screw…. While waiting I went to Home Depot and bought a brass one from the plumbing/landscaping section and a small hose clamp… 7 bucks and it worked better

Easy Install
Very easy to install even with minimal mechanical knowledge. After having this for some months now, I have noticed a slight increase in power and love the sound it makes. Overall, amazing purchase!

Got this for my 2014 challenger rt. So clearly this is an issue they are not handling. I see a few other people having the same problem. The breather tube connection gets chewed up when trying to thread it in to the brass fip. It is because the brass threads have been hit on the first 3 and there for it won’t take the breather adapter but it will mess all the threads up. When paying this much money for a product you would assume QA would be doing a better job checking the product. I’m not sure if this is a new product and that is why there are a lack of reviews and no install videos on YouTube but if they did have any it would definitely come up about this issue.

Good little power bump.
I purchased the new nextgen option for my Challenger R/T. I feel a bit of a stronger pull at peak RPMs. Throttle response is a little more touchy. You can hear the winding sound if you have the windows down but other than that mostly i can't really hear a significant difference. but i was just looking for better airflow and a minor power bump. Obviously a tune and some long tube headers would make this more worth the money. One problem in my installation: the hose clamp that came with the kit for the filter going into the airbox broke under little force. I had to pick up another one from my local part store. otherwise- install is a piece of cake.

Fits nice. Makes the car slightly more throaty sounding. I think I can feel a little more power on the high end. Looks really good.
