This product was recommended by my cardiologist. I’ve been taking it as directed. I can’t really tell if it’s helping or not. It may be helping. I have multiple health concerns and it’s difficult for me to know. I can’t say whether it’s good value because I don’t know what other tenders charge for this medication. I find it costly because my pharmaceuticals overall are very costly that’s a larger issue. Perhaps if I purchased it out of pharmacy, it would be triple the cost. I don’t really know. I have noticed that Amazon prime has added another branch to it it’s business to include pharmaceuticals and would really love to know how Amazon‘s prices compare with pharmaceutical retailers like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc. it would also be helpful to know other Amazons pharmaceutical branch except south insurance and Medicare. For me, it’s all about the dollars. Medicines off the charts in terms of their expense. In my case, my pharmaceutical cost monthly for exceed my Social Security income.If Amazon pharmaceutical branch and its partners could leverage their spend by negotiating with insurance carriers and pharmaceutical companies to provide more competitive pricing structure set comparable to what is charged in Canada and other countries, I feel pretty confident that everyone across the board would buy the pharmaceuticals from Amazon. It would be an enormous public service and brilliant business strategy. Overall I’ve had an excellent experience with Amazon over the many years I’ve been a prime member. During the pandemic, are utilized Amazon extensively and almost exclusively. Orders typically come in and timely manner, come relatively quickly and are delivered directly to my door or mailbox. I value the service. I should close by saying that I think the NEO product is fine. And arrives on time. The flavor is good. There is a slight discount offered for a monthly subscription which is what I require. I really don’t know if I could get it elsewhere any cheaper. No complaints whatsoever with the seller!

My doctor recommended this for me as part of my overall health maintenance generally and for heart health/blood circulation specifically. It is now part of my daily routine. Yo, please don't fear the flushing. Please don't fear the headache. Start start out with a quarter instead of a half or or even a hole start out slow and do it a couple times a day. Your body has been suffering with no adequate blood flow. When your body gets a hold of the ingredients in this product, mind you look at the ingredients they are all natural. And it opens up your capillaries and some smaller blood veins that have been closed for a long time you're going to feel a little different. So what you do as you start out slow so your body can get used to the difference is slowly. I did a half the week. With some of the days doing a half again after lunch. And a week after starting, I was driving at night, which is not something that I usually can handle very well, but the lights were actually not as halo as usual. It was actually very noticeable for me. So the capillaries in small blood veins in my eyes are definitely reaching benefits. Yes I got one little pain in my chest, but it was just blood flow then I got a headache once it was just blood flow. If you do your research, you'll see this is not dangerous. It's actually healthy. It's actually healthy but just go slow. It's not a race or Health is not a race. go slow start out slow. You will be so happy that you did.

I am one of the many aging people whose normal endogenous production of nitric oxide (NO) has shut down. I am experiencing the usual symptoms from lack of NO. I have been trying Neo40, 2/day divided doses as advised. I go by test results twice a day with NO test strips (HumanN is my favorite). Neo40 does provide a bump in NO level but not very much. Typically I go from Depleted to Low but definitely not Optimal. The Neo40 effect also seems to disappear fairly rapidly (less than 12 hours). I get dramatic results (Optimal) from canned spinach or beet vegetables so my system is capable (saliva bacteria are doing their job etc.). Veggie effects can extend to 24 hours. Veggies are difficult to do consistently once or twice a day (and, oxalates) hence the need for a product like Neo40. I am aware of positive literature for Neo40 and a leading NO scientist favorable comments in the book Integrative Cardiovascular Medicine. I don't know how to reconcile this information with the 'meh' effect I am seeing. I think sellers should provide a summary of the Neo40 effect and timeline they should be seeing to help consumers know what to expect and whether Neo40 is succeeding or failing for them. This is missing information. I think all consumers should test their personal response with NO test strips (and watch out for other sources of dietary nitrate that can confuse results). Otherwise consumer response to Neo40 is just a subjective guess. Thank you.

I noticed a real difference after only 3 days. I'm sold. Easy to take and I can feel the results. At the risk of having a run on Neo40, I am stunned at how good I feel--literally decades younger. I am seeing definite results very quickly. I suffer from one or more serious chronic, debilitating conditions that are not yet properly diagnosed, and have for over 10 years. I have found various answers in supplements in recent years that have had very strong positive effects - Niagen is one of the biggest, as well as very large doses of methylB12 and large doses of Vit D3 (very depleted Vit D levels that are now corrected), but still my BP went up and has been staying high and not responding well to herbs that did well in controlling it before; and my glucose is now borderline diabetic for the first time. I have been resisting going on statins (high cholesterol - though my cardiologist cannot find any evidence plaque build up - that's because cholesterol levels are not the cause of atherosclerosis, but that's another story), BP medications, and I want to avoid medication for diabetes. Focusing on Nitric Oxide seemed to be the next logical step. I bought this supplement along with test strips. On 3/21/17 I tested with the Berkeley Test strips before I took my first dose of the new40 professional, and tested out at less than depleted. I then started this NO supplement on 3/21/17 twice/day according to the directions. My next 2 tests were even worse - there was no color change - they stayed white, and I wondered if the test strips were actually working. I continued with the NO supplement and on 3/22 the test strips began to show improvement, registering between depleted and low. 3/23 I was firmly in the low category, and by 3/24 I was testing in the Target area of 435. Effect on Blood Pressure: Before starting this supplement, my BP had been running in the 140's-160's, with the occasional spike to 170's systolic, over mostly 80's to 90's occasionally spiking to 100's diastolic. My average BP was running mid 140's/high 80's. The day after I started the NO supplementation, my BP dropped to the 120's -130's/ 70's -80's. Over the last few days my average BP has been declining to 120's/80's. Effect on Pulse Pressure: More important than how high the systolic and diastolic pressures are, is one's Pulse Pressure. Pulse Pressure is the difference between systolic and diastolic numbers, and ideally should be about 40. Pulse Pressures greater than 60 are problematic and greater than 70 are associated with significant increase in vascular incident risk. Before I started taking this supplement my Pulse Pressures were running 60's - 80's and sometimes near 100. Not good. But since I started this NO supplement, my Pulse Pressures have reduced to the 40-50 range. This, to me, is a significant improvement. Since I just started monitoring my blood sugar, and I am not certain the readings are accurate as I am waiting for the test solution (the one that came with the kit was expired), this parameter will have to wait till later to see what kind of benefit I receive. All in all I am very surprised and pleased with the results so far and in such a short time. UPDATE: I decided to try a different brand when this one ran out, one recommended as an alternative by another review here - Nitroxyl, and after a week my NO values returned to deficient levels, even though I was taking that one at full strength. Seems it's back to new40 professional for me. My only concern is the chance my dog might get into it, and due to the xylitol in it, this would be fatal. It would be nice if the manufacturer could take this concern into account and find another sweetener that would also be safe for pets (rather than fatal) in the case of accidental ingestion.
