Take your time, start at an angle and then vertically and keep it wet, we drilled in dish of shallow water. Took about 10 mins to go through 4mm of glass, could have been quicker but didn’t want to apply too much pressure .

Well it took 2 bits to get used to using a dremel! But the this bit has done 10 pieces of sea glass. So I can't complain at all! The drilling itself is a knack but I used a plastic Chinese food container with a thin piece of wood and natural sponge immersed in water. Fab!!

Very pleased with these drill bits. You do get the odd dud that doesnt drill in the box but still good value for money and each drill bit lasts before the end becomes too blunt. I would recommend.

I’ve noticed the reviews are either good or bad. Sadly mine is bad. I have tried 4 of the 1mm drill bits. I have used different brands in the past. I’m assuming i must have had a bad batch. They don’t drill into glass at all. It is almost as if the manufacturing process has not applied any diamond abrasion to the tip, just the sides. I also bought a set of 2 mm bits but have not yet tried them. As a sanity test i used an old much cheaper bit and it drilled perfectly. So beware the quality is evidently changeable. They are quite expensive too, hence my disappointment. I have noticed that no bad reviews were not addressed by the manufacturer or distributor, so are unlikely to be concerned by quality issues. Unless the good batches are everlasting amazing miracle drill bits, it’s not worth the gamble.

Great. Drilled through my sea glass wonderfully. These are 1mm, so obviously not much diamon on the ends and you may have to use more than one for the job. Very happy with them.

OK quality for the price, I suppose. They are incredibly easy to break and I'm not sure about the diamond content. It takes an age to get through a few mm of glass. I'll look outside Amazon for the next lot and expect to pay more for something of better quality.

Subito provate e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! Ho già fatto 7-8 pietre di mare con una punta e ne rifarò non so quante altre ancora!!! Sto usando un dremel a colonna, sempre a bagno in acqua, discesa molto lenta, velocità dai 15/20000 giri.

Sehr gute Service. Gute Qualität. Funktionieren wie erwartet. Hinweis bezüglich nicht trocken verwenden war sehr ausgeprägt und sehr nützlich. Im Zukunft wieder.
