Prompt delivery and a good product
The seller was prompt in delivery. I asked to change a drawer. He changed it the next day. The bed appears sturdy . The drawers are not attached to bed. They could be removed if you don’t want to use, or have to clean under the bed
User

I firmly recommend RJ ART products to buy.
Ordered this in republic day sale in 2026. This bed( 60*78 size) is good and strong. Received the storage box is damaged. Immediately we raised the complaint to seller, they responded very politely and immediately dispatched replacement box and also arranged pickup for defective part. Excellent customer service..But little unexpected storage box is not a part of bed. This boxes are we need to keep under the bed. Box have wheels to draw. Box storage size and quality is good.I firmly recommend RJ ART products to buy.

Good response from RJ ART
Compact and sturdy frame. The wooden resting plank is made of MDF which was slightly cracked when received. The head board panel was coming off. Both issues were resolved by my carpenter. The company refunded the expenses. Amazon installation not reliable.
User
Extremely poor quality and seller service
Very poor quality. It started to creek in just 1 month with weight load of just 70 kgs. The plywood supports is not enough and the ply is now hanging and uneven shaped. Seller is clearly of no help and warranty only exists for the sake .
