How high up do these come? I am having a c-section and need underwear that will rise above my incision.

They come up above my belly button. I am 120 pounds with a 31 inch waist and wear size 8. My mother is 135 pounds and wears size 7, so it depends on your shape, I guess, as to what size is best.

What size should i order for someone whos 511 140 lbs?

Depends. My measurements 34c-32.5-41.5. And I bought a size 7 from Walmart a couple years ago and they still fit well as of today. I'm also 5'3"
