Once we received all the pieces, the couch is PERFECT!!! The color, the size, the style, LOVE IT!!! It's actually a bit more comfortable than I thought it would be. Putting it together was super easy! Love the storage it provides. The built in charger outlet, super convenient. Love that we can turn it into a bed with the pullout. 10/10

There is nothing to dislike, it is very nicely made product. My 2 grandsons helped me put it together and the support pieces to attach each section really brought it to life. Classy and understated . It is what makes the living space look so very nice.

Perfect size for my small space, I really love the material, and it was super easy to put together! Cushions are quite firm but I think it’s comfortable, I fall asleep on it all the time. Took off one star only because one of the legs on the chaise part did not screw in right, almost like it was stripped. I was able to make it work, but it would most likely fall apart if you were to jump on the couch. Overall super impressed with the quality. I love the color too, it said gray but it’s blueish gray and it’s perfect! The corduroy is great and the fabric seems to be great quality. The back rest cushions are super fluffy and comfy, I love that they Velcro to the back of the couch so they always stay in place.

East to assemble (we're elderly and could do it easily w/electric screw driver); good quality, and very versatile. We love it! Be sure to have the inside lid on correctly before putting the seat cover on for the proper support for you when sitting.

I love it so much! So soft and cozy. The color is perfect and it’s pretty comfortable. Great for a small house. The only thing i struggled with was sliding the pieces together, it was hard to light up the little brackets. Other than that, such an easy build.

I think this couch is very versatile. Lots of configurations. I find it quite comfortable and ordered the additional headrest which I think is great. I like the color and the storage. It was super easy to put together.

My wife and I got a new apartment and when we moved I ditched an old couch and loveseat combo we had for nearly 10 years. We went to a few furniture stores and were kicking the tires on some ideas for our living room and we saw this couch online. I figured for the price if we got a few years use out of it that would be fine. Here are some aspects you may want to consider. Firm - this is actually a plus for us but others have complained about how firm the couch is. Personally we like that and after the 72 hours from when we unpackaged everything we really thought the firmness of the memory foam is nice. But this might not be ideal if you like to sleep on your couch or have guests sleep on it at times. Lack of back support - I’m an average height and build male at 5’8 and about 160lbs. The back cushions feel low and thin. It’s not comfortable if you like to lean back on the coach while relaxing and may be really uncomfortable if you’re a taller person. It feels cheap in that area of the build but with some additional throw pillows it’s not TOO bad. Storage and modular design - the storage is nice and the design of the couch does offer customization on how to set things up in your living space. This is the best part of the couch hands down. Assembly - was super easy and took about an hour to put together. I did it by myself. Quality - the legs or legs to the bottom are plastic and the fabric to the couch frankly feels cheap. If you have cats like we do, any time they stretch and dig their claws in a little bit (not using it like a scratch post) you can guarantee that they are going to pull up loose threads. My other couch was a higher quality than this one and I never had that issue. Also, we’ve had the couch for a short time and some cushions are already pilling. Luckily you can contact the manufacturer and order replacements but I don’t know much they cost and it may not be worth it. Also, you can remove the covers and they are machine washable. End of the day - I’m not upset with this purchase but I wouldn’t recommend it. It just feels over priced for what you get and feels like this should be a 5-600 dollar couch instead of over 1000. It wouldn’t be bad for a game room or if you don’t have pets due to the lack fabric durability. However, if I would have been able to see/feel it prior to ordering I likely would have passed and spent 1500+ on something much nicer. Considering the price I would recommend passing on this couch and upping your budget slightly if you can and buy a higher quality couch.

I purchased this couch about a month ago. It was unboxed and used for maybe two weeks. Pros: I really liked that each seat had storage under it, and the freedom to rearrage the layout was the two reasons for purchase. Assembly was pretty straight forward, we didn't need the instructions. (one set of instructions you'd have to find within 7 boxes, and didnt know which box it was in.) Cons: the seats are not deep enough. With the back cushion sitting on the top of the seat cushion, it takes up seat space making it feel like you had to sit up straight to remain seated. If you lean back to much you start to feel like you are sliding off the chair. I like to sit cross legged and it doesn't offer much space for that. (I'm 5'2 and I still felt like I'd fall of seated that way) If you want to lay down on it, you have to use the chaise sides. If you lay in the middle seating, the cushions separate leaving a hard surface felt in your hips/side. ( modular seats were attached to each other) The back rest isn't very high either. You'd have to get the head rest attachments for a more comfortable seat. Since they are short, an option would be to rest your arms onto of the back rest, but back cushions would fall down. The back support is lower then the cushions and are narrow, so you can't rest your arms there either. Overall the couch wasn't very comfortable. I returned it with prepaid labels the company provided, since I was within the approved time frame. If you choose to purchase, I recommend keeping the boxes in case you return the couch.
