I really like the versatility of this Coffee Maker. Some mornings I want to brew a full pot, while other times I only need one cup, so having both options in one machine is extremely convenient. It also saves me from having two different coffee makers taking up counter space. The 12-cup glass carafe is a great size when making coffee for more than one or when I know I’ll want a second cup. For those times when I just want something quick, the single-serve side is exactly what I need. I also appreciate being able to make either hot or iced coffee depending on what I’m in the mood for. The coffee comes out nicely brewed and flavorful. The Auto Pause & Pour feature is another small convenience that I use more than I expected—it’s nice to be able to grab a cup before the entire pot has finished brewing. The controls are straightforward, and I like the clean black finish. Even though it offers two brewing options, the overall design is practical and doesn’t feel unnecessarily complicated. For me, the biggest selling point is simply choice: a full 12-cup pot when I need it, a single cup when I don’t, and the option for hot or iced coffee. ALSO - NO K-CUPS needed! Just use your favorite coffee for a single cup. It’s a very practical everyday coffee maker and a good option for a household where everyone doesn’t necessarily drink coffee at the same time. The only thing I do wish this machine had was the ability to use a K-cup instead of ground coffee for the single-serve. But, this is not a deal-breaker since this machine offers so much more.

Love the color, it goes with my kitchen machine. After cleaning I immediately tried out the single coffee maker and it works great. It is a bit on the slower side, than what I'm used to and I'm still experimenting with the amount of coffee, but I made a tasty cup of coffee and ice coffee. I love that I can program my morning coffee again. It is very easy to use. The only thing I wish was different, I would have liked to have a removable water tank. I have to pour the water from my water filter into a measuring cup and then pour it into the machine, otherwise I make a mess. Filters are easy to clean and I appreciate being able to change between mild, bold, and ice coffee. I just hope this machine will last longer than my last 3 machines!

Our Ninja coffee maker was great but dying. Really tired of spending $125+ for this small appliance that only lasts two years or so….we’ve replaced a lot of coffee makers! I’d been looking at this unit but when the price notably dropped during Prime Days, that was it! Still, I didn’t have high hopes for this inexpensive unit. No clue about its lifespan (yet), but so far I LOVE IT! There are two downsides: it brews slooooooow on both sides, pot or cup. The other is a common issue—aiming water in the lid opening is rough if there are cabinets overhead. Even without cabinets the fill area is rather small and awkward (coming from a Ninja with a separate water tank). Upside is everything else is awesome! Brews VERY hot….like a $600 coffee maker a coffee master would buy. Coffee tastes excellent from extruding at 200+ degrees using the “bold” setting, and the warming pad keeps it very hot! Ninja didn’t come close. Controls are super easy to use, looks beautiful and more expensive than it is, carafe pours beautifully without the drips at the end, delay timer and “stop dispensing to grab a cup” features are perfect. If you’re in the market for a coffee maker and you don’t require flashy manufacturing labels or endless brewing options—this is the unit!! Buy it!!!

I got this as a Christmas Present for my mom as she was in need of a new coffee machine.After researching I chose this one and I’m glad I did,it’s easy to use and set up,I like and she also likes the separate 2 way coffee maker,it’s easy to clean and it’s not a big hassle either which is great! It can brew quickly compared to other past coffee makers we’ve had,it stays hot.i also like the idea that you can put a travel mug on the tray on the other side while getting ready for work or just going out and needing a cup of coffee on the go.the tray is removable to give a bit more room to fit a slightly taller travel coffee mug.I do wish that the tray area had a bit more height and width to be a bit more versatile with different size coffee mugs as my moms one coffee mug is too tall and to wide but other than that I’d say it’s pretty compatible with something a bit smaller. I’d definitely recommend this machine! And will consider buying other products from this company

I got this one to replace my single serve Keurig. I wanted all three options that this one provides. The timer is so nice so that I have coffee when I wake up in the coffee pot. It stays warm for a couple of hours and then turns off. This makes me feel good about not burning the house down with my forgetfulness. You can brew 12 cups! The single serve side causes some splashing and I’m not sure why but I just wipe off the maker anyway. It’s made well. It comes with a reusable mesh pod like thing to make single serves. I ordered a mesh basket that fits in this for the pot side also. I like them better than paper filters or plastic. The coffee isn’t brewed aa fast as a Keurig. On either side but that’s ok because it’s delicious and it works. The only thing I dislike is that the pot isn’t the easiest to wash. It’s very easy to use and set the timers and click too. I do recommend this coffee pot. Ita nice.

I don't love this coffee maker. The burner is way too hot so if coffee is brewed and in the pot on the burner for longer than 15-20 minutes, it's so hot it will burn me. I have to leave for work and take the lid off my coffee in the car before I can even drink it. Not ideal obviously. And when there's a cup or two left on the burner, it burns in the pot and smells and tastes like nasty gas station coffee, so it's undrinkable and wasted. Also, when you pour water in using the caraffe, it doesn't just drip, it gushes out no matter how slow/fast or what the pouring angle is. I have to pour it into the machine with a towel on the counter. The single cup brewing is the part I like. I haven't tried iced coffee yet, but the instructions basically have you brewing normal coffee into a cup or the caraffe with ice in it. I guess the burner turns off for that part. It would be a really great machine without the overheating and dripping issues and now I've spend $100 buck on it and can't justify getting a new one so here we are.

Love my coffee pot! Works great love the color. My coffee taste good. Love how I can make both a cup and a pot. Brew speed for a pot isn’t too bad and cup take about 3-4 minutes but both are very hot. I did buy reusable filter to use with it. I also bought a metal measuring cup to pour water in single serve so it won’t go everywhere while filing it. I’ve been using for a few weeks and so far love the versatility of it. I am coming from a Nespresso pop plus, I just wanted regular coffee without buying pods. Love I don’t need them with the single serve side.

Overall, I really like this coffee maker. It does have a couple of quirks though. One thing I didn't see talked about in any of the reviews I read before buying was that this has two separate water reservoirs. If you fill water from the opening at the front of the maker, you're filling the single cup portion first, and then the excess goes into the main tank for brewing a pot. I find this to be the easier place to fill it using, but that also means that you always have water in the reservoir for the single cup. I'm not a huge fan of that. It also means that if you decide you want a smaller single cup later, there's no way to remove any of the water that you've already put in. So, you're always going to get a full sized cup. The single cup function is great and really convenient though, and I find myself using it more often than I expected. The mesh filter is really handy but you will always end up with some really fine grinds on the bottom of the cup. This isn't a problem for me, but some people may feel sick if they drink this portion of the coffee. The iced coffee function is nice to have, but makes really weak coffee. Typically, to make iced coffee, you would leave the grinds soaking in cold water for several hours. So, this is a quick way to get room temperature coffee, but it's not great and melting ice will only further weaken it. Also, if the machine drips at all after you've taken the cup off, it falls into a small pool under the cup holder. It's nice that it's there, but would have been better if there was something you could remove to rinse out instead of just being part of the unit itself. I also wish that it was possible to adjust how long the hot plate stays on for. It doesn't go off for four hours, and that's just way too long to leave coffee sitting. The carafe is pretty decent. It doesn't stain easily, which is always nice. But it isn't great at getting all of the water out when pouring, even if turned completely upside down. Not a huge deal, but it's not what I'm used to. There also seems to be something about the way the brewer and carafe line up that always causes a few drops of coffee to fall from the machine after you've taken the carafe off, falling onto the hot plate. I find myself having to clean it off way more often than I should. Overall though, it's a very solid machine that does a good job making coffee. It's easy to use and although I have mixed feelings about all of the additional functions, they're nice to have in something around this price point. I'm happy with the purchase overall.

Uma super cafeteira, faz um excelente café, não fica gosto de queimado, aproveita todo pó devido ao sistema de "chuveiro " de distribuição da água. Jarra reforçada, robusta. Recomendo!

Cafetière duo carafe et K-cup. Fonctionne bien mais faut faire attention à la sélection de la carafe ou 1 tasse!
