I have misplaced the cutter to my pie maker, can I get a new one?

Beware - used and dirty product.

Dirty, chipped, used and old - all for the grand price of $71.34 before state tax! And now, this same product is $89.99 and no mention that it isn’t a brand new product. When I ordered it was not advertised as used or any condition given so I assumed, wrongly, that I was purchasing an unused pie maker. Trying to get a refund but just get an “error” message. Not a happy camper.
