Great product. Plants growing well under kitchen LED lights. Lupines only 2-3 weeks old. Germination rate very good!

Unwrap them, run a couple tablespoons of HOT water on them and repeat until you have a surprisingly hefty amount of soil per puck. Perfect for the rectangular wooden cat grass pot that I use. 3 pucks is just enough for it. I'm no botanist, but my cat grass seeds and these have been sitting under my sink for months and still work great in both blooming when unwrapped and moistened as well as growing the seeds nicely. So the soil quality must be good! There's no weird smell either. I never thought I'd have this much to say about some pucks of dirt, but here we are. Buy it!

My cat clearly loves the grass, and eats it every day! It is easy to grow and lasts for a couple weeks. The only thing that is slightly concerning to me is that there is always some kind of mold at the roots of the grass. Does anyone know what this is all about, and how I can prevent it? we are amazed at the increase in size of the pellet when its watered. it files the small ceramic boewl our cat grass originally can in! We were a bit sceptical about this product based on the photos and the description so I want to share that it is indeed perfect for its intended purpose, and they do fluff up quite a bit.

I got these to grow wheat grass in for my cat to eat. They’re so handy and easy to use. A couple of the discs is enough to fill up the pot I use for the cat grass once water is added. Haven’t had any issues sprouting seeds in them.

Very slick and easy to use. Quick simple solution to a happy cat and her cat grass that she loves so much! Excellent expansion and fast growing.

The little discs provide a lot of soil but after about 10 days the soil becomes moldy. Not sure what can be done to prevent this but so want my cats eating the grass once this happens.
