I bought this weather station as a Christmas gift for my partner, because he had mentioned several times wishing to know the wind speed and barometric pressure. I was interested in knowing the rainfall. We set it up this spring and we found it was easy to follow the instructions. Pros: - Strong point is the manual it's very easy to read and execute from to adjust, to me this is a big plus. - Partner loves it – he was interested in “current conditions” not tracking history or forecasting future. - Particularly, he likes the barometric pressure reading and watching wind gusts. - I read in reviews about tedious calibration – since we have nothing to calibrate to, that is not an issue. We have more information than we did last year. Drawbacks: - I do wish that it stored/showed high and low temperature for the day, and high and low wind speed for the day. - The way it stands on its base. It sits (right now) on a side table near his coffee cup, and I sit in my chair 6 feet away from him, because of the angle it sits, all I see is a black screen. We are looking at mounting it on the wall, but because it must be plugged in to operate, wall locations are limited. - The product title may say “NO WIFI”, but nowhere in description does it specifically state that it does not connect to computers and phones. Nor does it ever state that max and minimum history is not saved for display. Advice: The one display item that made a big difference to me was the rainfall period calculation – how often it resets to zero. I find that resetting ever hour or daily quite pointless, for us. Daily rainfall would be nice, but 24H mode starts the day at midnight. So, if you have a rainstorm from 9pm to 3am (like we did last night), at 8am, after the storm, you only see the last 3 hours and have no idea of the total storm. I set the calculation period to one week, (12:am Sunday morning to 11:59 pm Saturday night) – I look and make a mental note of how much “so far" Bottom line: We love this weather station and it looks nice in the garden. If you just want to know the current conditions – this is great, easy to install and set up the panel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Accurate, Easy to Set Up, and Fun to Use I bought this weather station because I wanted to keep an eye on the wind and rain at my house, and it ended up being way better than I expected. The setup was simple — the sensors synced with the display right away, and the directions were easy to follow. The readings for temperature, wind, and rainfall have been accurate when I compared them to local weather apps. I really like the big color display too; it’s bright, easy to read, and shows everything at once without having to scroll through menus. The outdoor sensor seems well-built and handles rain and heat with no issues so far. I’ve been checking the screen every morning like a little weather nerd now, not gonna lie. 😂 If you want a good all-in-one weather station without spending crazy money, this one is a solid choice.

For basic weather analysis this device works great. That only "problem" is that the date and time do not correspond correctly to the days of the week. It is definitely an upgrade from the weather station I bought from Costco a few years ago. The rain gauge and the wind gauge and the temperature seemed to be very accurate.

Just installed it on my sailboat. I'm just using it at dock. Was easy to set up and configure. Nice display and easily viewed from across the main cabin. However...it is usb powered which is fine but there is no battery backup for the clock so each time the unit is powered off or accidently disconnects, you have to go through the arduous process of resetting the clock. I am looking into a mini usb 2AH device that I found on here. Have to check the specs but may work to give some time. Ad it stands it is missing, for me, a major function.
