Nice for Parkinsonism when you have swallowing issues.
I have Parkinsonism and often have issues swallowing food. These slide nicely down my throat and I most often use them when I make my weekly vegetarian pasta primavera to keep in the fridge for lunch and dinner. It is the one pasta I use most often for that dish. Once they are cooked I can see them doing well in stir fries, or in Italian sautés with Italian sausages as well. You really get a lot in a box and these are affordable, artisan, and you get a big bang for your buck. Love these! Have purchased many many boxes for my pantry. Always a repurchase for me.

Very Yummy Brand
Flavor is excellent. I love this brand. You can taste the difference therefore I don't mind paying more. This pasta is ideal for anything to hold sauce or soups. Cooks fast for al dente but taste test vs box instructions on cooking time.

Grrat pasta in a wonderful, less common version
Since going to Puglia, Orecchiette is my favorite pasta. I alway find De Cecco taste much better with better texture than other commercial petas. I absolutely strongly prefer, even though there are much cheaper supermarket brands. Orecchiette is by far the most used pasta in my cupboard. I very rarely make spaghetti.

Quality pasta
Simply a better pasta, than barilla, but can’t find these shapes at the grocery stores near me, so I stock up on the non-spaghetti shapes by ordering online.
