Not starting i put in the c batteries but it did not start. how do i get help

Essentially it has two triggers. Pull the bottom one and you should hear a mechanical noise. Then when you pull the other one, it starts firing the nerf bullets.

Puchased standard packaging but came in simple brown box and has the correct asin, anyone else?

This listing is NOT retail packaging. (B08P2S8NQT this is) This listing Amazon.com buying in bulk from the NERF brand manufacturers using lower quality plastics, components, and the bare minimum plain corrugated cardboard box. This is a cheap listing only focused on profit maximization for Amazon.com and (we assume) the ability to recycle "like new" used toys sold as new with cheaply & domestically produced packaging. Search the reviews to find more detailed explanations from customers. Find the Authentic listing from NERF with retail packaging by copying and pasting "B08P2S8NQT" into the search.

Can I take it apart and make it smaller?

I think you can, but it's better if you don't. All you can do without using any tools (like a screwdriver) is to apart the magazines. And i guess you can also decide by watching the product review videos.

Big gun. Big win!

7 year old was so happy to get this for his birthday. It’s a big gun that came with lots of bullets. It shoot automatically which he loves. It has an extra clip to load extra bullets in. He is able to hold load and shoot the gun independently.
