To thicken all white sauces, but its expensive

This is a five star product but was shipped poorly, both boxes leaking.

When we were in Europe many years ago, we used this product (and the brown one as well) to thicken gravies and sauces. It's just wonderful - never lumpy and so easy to use! Just sprinkle it in the simmerling liquid until it reaches the thickness you want! I've never been able to find an American product as good, so I was extremely happy to find this at Amazon!
