We love it! Our puppy cried for 3 nights in her kennel after leaving her litter, and this was the first thing that helped her settle. She snuggles right up to it and finally slept through the night. This plushie was really great for our new puppy. From the first day we got him, he has slept through the nights and taken great naps. It stays warm for a very long time and the heartbeat is realistic. Easy to turn on and off. Very lightweight and good for puppies or any type of dog. Even through teething, it is still intact and he has not made any rips or holes. Would recommend for any dog or cat owner, as my cat even tried sleeping with it!

This product deserves more than 5 stars!!!! We just got Figo (our 45 days old Scottish Terrier) and he is sleeping the whole night with his puppy. Even downtime.on his playpen has been successful!! He didnt need the warm pads but the heartbeat is a must ❤️🐾🥰.I cant recommend this product enough, it is money well spent. Quality, price and peace of mind 🙌❤️🐾🥰

I'm giving this four stars because I think people disbelieve a five star rating. I almost did not order this because of someone reviews. When I read them, which is often, I start at the one star reviews and go up from there. The one stars tell me where the biggest problems are. What feature or failure it was that made them angry enough to give just one star. For this product, there were a lot of the same complaints. Therefore, I felt that these were accurate. Two, three, and four stars, I judged as having good information, and the reviewers found something redeeming about the product. Five stars tended to make me skeptical. Maybe it was a genuine review, or maybe the person was in a rush, but wanted to give a favorable review. Back to my purchase. I carefully considered what was said. There was enough said about the products disappointments that I was not confident in my purchase. I've made returns before, I could make another one if necessary. When it arrived, I carefully inspected it. I looked for enclosed seams, frayed material, ineffective velcro, the placement for the beating heart, and how much play it could withstand. The only complaint I had was that there was just one of the warming packs. How could a person learn about that feature with just one test? I set the heart to come on whenever it sensed movement. I kept expecting it to stop, but it has not. Unlike another reviewer, I thought the sound resembled the sound of a beating heart. It was subtle, but loud enough to be heard or felt when nearby. My little dog doesn't play much, but the velcro closure has held tight. It even helps me calm down when I'm too stressed. The rhythm is the right speed for calm. I'm no longer worried that it will fall apart. I'm relieved to know that I can purchase a new heart when I wear this one out, and that the warming packs are available too. I'm happy with this comfort toy, and glad that I made the purchase.

After dealing with a whining puppy at night for 3 weeks, finally bit the bullet and bought this. I absolutely wish I would have had it prior to puppy pick up. I’m not kidding when I say the first night, and every night after, he did not whine at all once having this in his crate. It provides the perfect comfort of missing sleeping with siblings, and soothing heart beat of what they hear when we hold them, that it made our nighttime routine 100x better. Would recommend for anyone with a puppy or having a hard time sleeping at night. It’s super soft and the perfect size. Heartbeat battery lasts a long time.

This is a must for new puppies. I took a Snuggle Puppy with me when I picked up our labrador puppy at 7 weeks old. The breeder rubbed it on the mother's back a few times for us to capture her mother's scent and we were off for a two hour ride home. She slept the whole way home on top of her puppy and slept for 5 hours the first night with just a few whimpers at the half-way mark. The ride home and a new environment really wore her out. By the third night and every night since, both my puppy and I have gotten a good night's sleep (7 hours then 9+ hours)! I think the heart beat and heating pack, along with her mother's scent, made her transition to our house go so smoothly. Both the heating packs and heart beat worked as advertised. I never replaced the battery in the hearbeat but stopped using that after a week or so when I was confident her bedtime routine was solid. Now at 14 weeks, she will take the puppy out of her kennel to play with and most nightes uses it as a pillow. The snuggle puppy is well-constructed and shows no signs of wear and tear. The tail has been chewed on daily and is still there. I could have an easy puppy but would never bring home another puppy without a Snuggle Puppy. Our nighttime temperatures will be below zero this week so I will stick a heating pack in Snuggle Puppy to help keep our puppy comfortable. Snuggle Puppy is the best invention to help a new puppy transition to their forever home.

The snuggle puppy is AMAZING. My golden retriever puppy is obsessed with it. I turned the heartbeat on and used the heat packs for the first week we had him and he slept through the night every single night. He absolutely adores it and is very inquisitive any time I even touch it because it has to be in his crate for naps and every night. He also has chewed the ears and small tail a little bit for comfort, but has mostly left it untouched. He does not have any interest in treating it like a toy what so ever. Only negative was the battery only lasted the first 2 weeks I had it. I replaced the batteries and still no luck. I did however reach out to Snuggle Puppy directly and they had my replacement heart shipped out that day. A+ customer service. I will never go without a snuggle puppy when I get a new puppy!

I got this for my puppy when I took him home at 8 weeks, and he is now 5 months. I think it did help him for the early stages of his nighttime crate training, because when I'd look on the camera I saw him laying his head on top of it. When the snuggle puppy was in the wash, my puppy would cry more than usual unless he had a replacement stuffed animal. So while helpful, I'm not necessarily sure that the heartbeat in the toy is what he likes, or just stuffed animals in general. I'm glad to have gotten it, just in case, but I do have critiques. It's not very durable, and I've had to repair it a few times. He does really love his snuggle puppy, but I don't think he sees it any differently than his other soft toys - he wants to play with it and rip its head off too. It's kind of....not cute. It could be much cuter. The price is way too high for this thing. I will say, I've accidentally put it through the washing machine and dryer twice with the heart still inside the pouch, so the Velcro is really pretty strong lol. It was an ok purchase, and it's been cute to see him grow so much larger than it.
