I've read Mark Ferguson's books "Fix and Flip Your Way to Financial Freedom", "Build a Rental Property Empire", and "How to Make it Big as a Real Estate Agent". Every one is straightforward, easy to digest, and LOADED with useful information. He's transparent about his business. No fluff. I refer back to them often. I also routinely watch his YouTube videos. He's been my go to source as I've educated myself about the real estate investment world over the past few years. This book in particular is the one I've leaned on the most while getting started in real estate investing. Yesterday I closed on my first flip. Vacant lot bought for $12,800, made some minor improvements, sold for $25,000. $8,300 net profit. Currently beginning remodel on my first house flip, and projecting healthy profit there as well. I owe these early successes to concepts I've learned in Mark's books. Can't recommend them enough.

I just finished reading the 'Fix and Flip Your Way To Financial Freedom' book written by Mark Ferguson. Mark Utilized straight to the point approach and transparency to explain the Flipping Business. I have learned tremendous strategies such as how to generate Capital to start the Fix & Flip business, different ways to find good deals and how to make more money fixing and flipping houses. The contents were so simple and interesting and easy to understand. Thanks Mark for given me the confidence I need to start my own flipping career.

I liked this book because it isn't a difficult read, and it is concise. He puts you in the reality of how hard it is to do (fix and flip). I liked his equation. It's a great starter book for someone who is looking to fix and flip.

I've purchased several of Mark's books. By far his books and other resources should be at the top of the list for those who are seeking the real deal in learning about real estate investing. With so much overhyped and unrealistic investing information available, by far Mark is one of the best. He's the best because he walks the walk and talks the talk. He's a practicing agent, built real estate sales and investing teams and is truly authentic in communicating his successes and failures or learning experiences. I highly recommend his books. I've paid twice or more for some other books and received significantly less than the content in Mark's books.

.This book is a GREAT way to learn how to make money in real estate. If you are really serious about making money in real estate you absolutely must get this book. Mark Ferguson has truly invested in this great book to show us how to make money . This is not a get rich quick scheme but you can, if you are willing to do the work. You will learn all about finding the deals, performing analysis,,finding contractors, making repairs, selling for profit and managing multiple properties.
