It is a better product than more expensive one
this is better than the so called most popular yogurt maker. It has pre-set settings for yogurt, natto, and other. The stainless pan is great for making natto , I’m thinking to buy another pan.

NO INSTRUCTIONS online nor in packgage. Only basics that may/may not relate to your model.
I have NO IDEA whether this works. The SELLER isn't available AT ALL to contact and didn't include manual/instructions with the product. AMAZON said a pdf can be gotten by going to the product page, but what a joke!! There are some instructions on other brands, and a couple videos but no full instructions anywhere nor a way to contact the seller. Whole experience sucks so far.

Great addition to my kitchen
I love how small this device is, it doesn’t take a lot of counter space at all. I appreciate that it comes with the little yogurt cups also! It works well for what I needed it for!

No battery back up
I’ve had it for about six months and it works great. It would’ve been nice if it had battery back up though.

Okay but not great
The Temperature settings are not easy to adjust if you're making Reutery yoghurt though it turned out okay.
