Great TV. Fabulous picture quality and great sound. This TV also lets you start a programme from the beginning if you missed the start. Looks good in my kitchen too. My lounge TV will need changing soon and I will definitely be buying another Hisense. The price is good too and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a TV. Brilliant.

I bought this for the freely capability which works well and is relatively easy to set up. The picture and sound quality are good especially for the money. I have only used it for Freely and Amazon, but the potential for other channels seems great. I am pleased with the size of the set. It is big enough but does not dominate the room. The channel selection is a little slow. It would not reconnect to Freely when switched off. This can be fixed by - Select menu on the remote (button with 3 parellel lines) Go to "all settings" "System" "Advanced settings" Then disable "Auto init mode" and "Fast power on" This has worked perfectly for me and now the Freely works as I want it to! This was just copied from a forum on the internet, I forget where.

Bought to replace a broken Samsung. First impressions were good. It looks well made and the picture quality was great however I didn't realise it was Internet only. I should have read the description better but didn't expect it not to have freeview so the channels were all mixed up and itv was constantly buffering and everything seemed to need signing into which was a pain in itself. What was strange is that it had an aerial socket on and during set up ut asked if it was aerial, digital or satellite so I naturally chose aerial. But why if it's Internet only. A bit misleading. Anyway it got tried for one night but was horrible to use so we sent it back. The return procedure if very simple. I simply repacked it all back the box and stuck the free returns label on and evri picked it up the day after and I was refunded every penny. No hassle at all. Just be wary that it requires a good wireless signal.

Very solidly packaged, with lots of protective film to remove, which is always the highlight of unboxing. A Phillips screwdriver is required to attach the feet. Once plugged in, the TV itself guides you through the setup, screen by screen, with the most challenging part being entering your wifi password. All very easy and intuitive. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Freely, but as with all things well-designed, it just works. Great picture and sound. All for the price of a meal for two in a decent restaurant.

Bought this tv for guest room was great value, excellent picture so sharp colour is perfect easy to follow remote and more channels than you will ever need. It’s so easy to set up I Did it Myself 🤣 Usually My Brother does it for me. It’s a slim tv and very light so easy to manouver. Highly recommend it. Great Price x

Great tv , excellent picture, easy set up , incredible value for money!

Purchased for a room that previously relied on an internal aerial - not good reception - so access to live TV via Freely without an aerial was a primary requirement. Setup was straightforward, picture and sound are more than adequate for a small room. Freely app works well - most of the time - a couple of times it has just failed to load completely (a power off and on seems to fix it) and other times it can be quite slow to start up. However, wifi seems solid enough and the only app I can't get is Discovery+ but the rest work well (Prime, Netflix, Now and terrestrial ODTV services). Not the greatest build quality but, at this price point, I'm happy enough. In short, a great solution if you do have Internet connectivity but don't have a convenient aerial point.

Awesome picture and sound quality. Located in a bedroom. It needs a bit of patience during first set up and registration which addresses Freely and multiple APPs (some requiring a subscription). . I might explore those in greater depth when my existing Sky TV contract expires. But accessing multiple free to air TV channels via the Internet without a coaxial aerial does work fine. . I was then initially confused about how to get my SkyQ Mini Box live via the TV’s HDMI port. However, as soon I switched to my Sky Remote controller and employed key 1+3 to pair that remote with the TV all worked, and switch off/on is more reliable than my previous Sharp TV. I think it must auto-detect a HDMI input as I didn’t have to press any Source button to switch from another output to HDMI. I can see how some reviewers might become frustrated, but take your time and the results are rewarding.
