Just in time for winter
I just bought a new Quintana Roo PRfour and needed this adapter for my Kurt Kinetic Road Machine. I needed to use both of the smaller spacers on the axle, but it works perfectly on the trainer. Have used it several times now, and it's rock solid. Very easy to install, literally within seconds. (I think it's easier that using the skewers!) Quality component, well machined, perfect fit. Would buy again.

It works perfectly. The only issue I have is it seems overpriced for what you get. The owner of the local bike shop was going crazy trying to find one that fit my Bianchi bike. I guess when you hold all the trump cards, you can charge whatever you want. Still, it fits perfectly and I use my bike on my Kinetic trainer 60% of my riding time.

Just what I was looking for
I bough this to use my 2021 Scott Addict with has 12 x 142 thru axle on an old style turbo trainer, very important to check the thread pitch on your bike, my manual said 1.5, so this fit perfectly, did not need to use a wrench, made up easily by hand. Very important to check this is compatible with the thread pitch on your bike, if it is wrong and you use a wrench to make it up, it may damage the threads on your bike.

Fantastic!
Bought for use on my cross bike with a 12x142 thru axle, for warming up at races. Works great. You need a 6 mm allen wrench for the non-drive side, then a 18 mm box wrench for the drive side. Although to be honest I imagine hand-tight would be fine for a 20-minute warm up like I do. Threading: be sure to choose the right threading. I bought medium, which is the Shimano standard (1.50 mm). Rock Shox (maxle) axles are coarse (1.75 mm thread pitch), and Syntace use 1.00 mm thread pitch (fine). So make sure you order the right threading. Other brands fit in to these categories as well, but you'll have to figure out yours (only other one I know is DT Swiss ratcheting 12 mm thru axle is 1.00 mm thread pitch). This lost a star simply because of the price - they know they've got you over a barrel, so they charge what they want. It is well made, no doubt, but should come in around $20-30. (I use it on a Kinetic by Kurt Road Machine Indoor Bicycle Trainer , but I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work on any brand of trainer.)

So far so good
this worked to mount an REI Co-Op ARD 1.3 road bike on to a Travel Trac trainer. The fit was tight but it was just about perfect after I figured out the best place to add one of the spacers they include. It took a minute to get right but I am not complaining because this part is not meant for the much more affordable trainer I am using it for. The price is definitely a bit high but considering this is the only thing I found that works I'm willing to pay the "specialty part" tax

Well made, nice design.
It's a well made axle and does what it should. I put this on a brand new "budget" gravel bike (Polygon Bend R5) to fit it on a 25 year old Racermate Computrainer. Fits great on both. It came with 3 spacers (two 7's and a 12). Might be nice if they had 3 different sized spacers for more adaptability. I ordered the wrong size the first time and returned it with no problem. Don't make my mistake and be sure to check for the thread size/pitch you need.

It does exactly what it says it does. It's ...
It does exactly what it says it does. It's a little long for my Cyclops Fluid 2, but I can get the bike to fit with a 1.4" tire. That said, the price is absolutely absurd for what you get. It's two very simple turned parts that even with finishing and packaging probably cost Kinetic $6-8. There aren't even spacers with this kit - it's just a fancy bolt and nut. This is NOT a $50 part - it should be $25-30 at most. Heck, even the far more complicated DT Swiss RWS thru axles (which have a positionable lever) are $30-35. 5 stars for functionality and quality, 1 star for value, so 3 stars it is. Note that this axle is for the Shimano standard - it fits my Pivot perfectly.

Justo lo que necesitaba!
Funciona perfecto.

Works as advertised - love it - well manufactured
Works as advertised - love it - well manufactured - Using it with my carbon frame road bike to train on Kurt Kinetic road machine trainer. I have the T-2102 axle model which is what i need for my 12x142TA wheel hub, with 1.5mm frame thread pitch. Make sure you measure parameters for your bike by using the Travel sizing guide. i.e. there are 4 models to choose from.
