This is such a life saver. I make lots of cakes and frosting and my shoulders and arms take a beating from sifting by hand. This really is a game changer when baking. It sifts pretty fast and very well. No lumps. It helps reduce exhaustion and overworking myself! It was worth every penny and can’t see myself without it when baking. Oh and I have had this since 2022 more or less and it’s still working like brand new. Very durable and well made. Get it! You will NOT be disappointed.

This scale and sifter in one is the best thing they could have made! It is so easy to use and it saves you a lot of time when you’re baking. It has a good amount of space so you can add a lot to the sifter. Great value for the money.

Glad I have it, sturdy, washable, works as intended very well. Slight learning curve, setup & usage instructions are clear but I needed to use it to ‘get it’. Chef suggests doing a dry run. {pun intended} Price value = amount of usage.

It was snowing in southern Texas! Or at least that was my initial reaction when I was trying to add flour to my mixing bowl and ended up with an unwelcome abundance of white powder all over the kitchen. Long story short, I was soon praying for a device that would allow me to add flour to a moving mixing bowl without creating a situation that looked like several bags of cocaine had just exploded in my kitchen. One year later, this device was released and I have had a very positive experience with it. I am someone who tends to read every single review on Amazon before buying a product and I will also spend months researching in order to buy the very best product. This is something that I have been pleased with and would recommend without hesitation. I am actively searching for a deal so I can buy a second one for my mother for this Christmas. Pros: *Lets you add flour to a moving mixing bowl without ending up with a very messy kitchen (I cannot overstate how important this is) Cons: *I saw the price go down to 80 something dollars and I overpaid at $99 *Because the paddle will be mixing while you are adding the flour, you will essentially be creating a more elastic dough as the flour is very slowly added *Many parts and it is a bit awkward to store because of its odd shape (it does not stand up on its own and thus has to lie on its side and the parts tend to spill a bit over. However this is a minor problem.) Conclusion: By this device. It keeps the flour in the bowl where it belongs.

I’ve had this KitchenAid Sifter Attachment for about a year now, and I’m honestly surprised by how much of a difference a simple upgrade from a manual sifter can make. If you bake frequently—or even occasionally but hate wrist fatigue—this gadget is for you! My only gripe is that sometimes your ingredient gets caught in the chute; it hasn’t caused any issues but requires a couple little taps on the side to cause the ingredients to fall into the bowl. Additionally, it is very easy to clean. After disassembly, most parts can go into the top rack of the dishwasher; only the digital scale and the sifter cannot. Since they don’t directly touch the ingredients, I quickly wipe them down with a damp cloth. Overall, a time-saving wonder of a product!

A part broke off within the sifter (I can hear it rattling when I shake it) and it doesn’t turn any more. All within a month!

Always wanted this add-on. A bit cumbersome to use the mixer while it is connected, so once I am done with it - I take it off. Works so well and really makes my baked goods fluffier (if I could ever compare…) “Dirty” parts can be cleaned separately and easy to store in the original box that is so great.
