Was this flag made by authentic gulag slave laborers?

The flag is pretty big the height is 3 feet which in inches is 36 inches a the width is 5 feet which is 60 inches, if you are looking at it in yards it 3 ft is 1 yard 5ft is 1.66667 yards and you can compare it to a tri-fold Poster

How well does it work as a cape?

It doesn't. It's too short on the sides so you'd have a better time wearing it as a shawl than a cape.

Unfortunately no, leave it out to air dry or it will burst into flames. Learned my lesson on that one..

大きいです！羽織れるくらいあります！赤色が鮮やかで、鎌と槌のマークも綺麗です。マークはちょっと大きめに感じます。畳んだ状態で届きますが、その際のシワはアイロンを低温でかけたらなくなりました。棒につける部分には金具があります。写真のように左端は白いので、全てが赤色ではありません。軽い素材なので、風になびきやすく、大きいので迫力あります！満足です！
