I am overweight and sit much of the time. This causes me to have significant back pain. On the advice of my SIL in Iceland, I ordered these patches and tried them. I wasn't really expecting them to work considering that there is no medication involved. The first few hours I didn't notice much difference, but gradually I became aware that my pain had lessened. The next day it was gone altogether. The patch stayed on very well the first four days (even during showering), but on the fifth day it began to roll a bit. The pain relieving effects continued throughout the entire five days and even lasted through another day without it. I wish they were a little less expensive, but I will continue to purchase them because they work so well!

I felt improvement within 24 hours. The tape items started coming off at 48 hours.

These little beauties are absolutely wonderful. I use on my feet, back and hip for work. I've tried many other types of pain relievers and have found these are my go to life savers. I am still working on my feet, graveyard at 70 yrs old. It's worth the try. Just remember, everyone is a little different, what works for me, may not help you, but definitely worth finding out! Suggestion; Larger quantity per box would be fantastic!

They work if u have pain pretty much anywhere. Helps so much better than Salonpas. I found these after trying several other products. These work the best and stay on a few days. They take the edge off and give some relief. They helped in bad situations. I recommend.

I have Rhuematoid arthritis in my feet and in my right ankle I have had a fusion and it hurts so bad sometimes I can’t hardly stand up on it! These were a big disappointment for me!!! They didn’t make any difference in my opinion!!!!
