Amazing ๐คฉ
Absolutely brilliant! Best laptop I've ever owned. Super powerful and will play and do literally anything at light speed, staying cool and quiet while it does. There are many ways to customise performance too... Omen hub, AMD adrenaline, MSI afterburner to name a few. I'm really happy with this machine. It also comes with a FreeSync premium edition screen so say goodbye to input lag and screen tearing. Instead, say hello to smooth frame delivery and jitter free camera turns. Don't think, just buy. One of the best gaming laptops out there if you're on a budget. Don't confuse that statement with assuming this is a budget laptop in any way. It's basically a desktop-grade portable computer. 10/10

Value and Easy Working
Excellent Item better than expected, never used a amd item before always had Intel will be interesting finding out how well it works, but at the moment running faster than my old laptop; excelent graphics and nice size screen and good value for what I need it for D2&D3 and remove all the extras I don't need will enjoy using for a few years; recomend this make as battery life seems to run down quite slow.

Awesome...until screen went.
Love it, just remember to do your updates, however recently the screen has developed a fault and it keeps crashing sent for repair or refund

Beast CPU, good looking laptop, fire hazard when turned off
Initial review [Great performance, a little noisy(but it's got a Ryzen 9 8940hx). Really slick and good quality build. Got it at a good price. Downside ... the microphone is not recognized in Linux. Using a headset.] A few minutes later ... The laptop overheats during transport ... EVERY TIME. It overheats if left overnight with the lid down. I cannot keep a laptop that is a fire hazard. If I don't manage to find a Linux solution for the laptop not shutting down correctly and instead going to sleep(and not S3), I will just have to return it. I disabled the Power on on Lid Open feature in BIOS in hope that maybe that was somehow faulty and causing it ... NOPE. Wake on Lan OFF, USB Power OFF ... nothing helped. I will probably also try to force Linux to hibernate. But I shouldn't have to do this much gymnastics just to prevent an issue that apparently is well known with laptops that are built in the last 5 years or so. It's an absolute embarrassment to remove the S3 sleep option from BIOS, have users complain that their laptops heat up in their backpacks and the battery is drained when the laptop's supposed to be off, yet do absolutely nothing to fix the underlying causes. Absolutely shameful behaviour from HP. There's also a chance that the laptop's battery is faulty. The problem is how do I even return a laptop that I cannot trust to stay cool during transport ? What a joke ... what an absolute joke.

Omen 16
Very good product. Was worried how it will be first time buying this expensive product from Amazon. It's been 5 months and still working fine. Thanks

Honest review
Been using it for a couple days The speed and performance is good for what I need it to do. I'm only going to be using it on holiday for more intense games on the go, but there are a few things I'll point out. The resolution is 1980x1200p and aspect ratio is 16:10 So if you watch any videos on YouTube, you'll get black lines on the top and bottom. I'm sure there's probably a workaround but I don't know of any yet The screen makes games amd seem a bit dark. The brightness is okay but the picture quality makes games seem dark, when too bright, it saturates the image on screen which makes things look a bit blurry. But the thing I will note that this is the cheapest 5070 ryzen 9 laptop I've seen. I've had no crashes, no problems with Bluetooth, everything works great and I get a good framerate in games like Black ops 7 and Battlefield 6 easily getting 144fps even on very high settings. Extreme will take it to 120 but still impressive If you want a cheap laptop with good specs but aren't bothered about the monitor then you should be fine as it's a decent monitor but it's just not the best out there. As I've mentioned, I'm only using this for something to play demanding games natively on the go for holiday, I will be more than happy playing this in a hotel if it's all I got with me. Edit: I have encountered numerous crashes after using this laptop for a couple months. They were pretty consistent and I did not know of any fixes I've returned this laptop... If you encounter crashes as well, I would suggest you to return it. Shame because the performance is really good.
