今まで鉄分サプリは飲んでおらず、健康診断で貧血と診断されて、鉄分を摂ろうと思いこちらのサプリをえらびました。 鉄玉で鉄分を摂ろうかと思いましたが、鉄玉だと錆びてくるのでこちらのサプリにしました。サプリだとやっぱり手軽に飲めて鉄分補給できて良かったです。

These seem effective based on my lab reports before and after taking them. I appreciate that they come in just 18mg. My iron was low enough to make me feel lousy but no so low that I would need (or want) to take some of the mega dose supplements out there. I only need one every other day and they have made a positive difference for me.

I love these iron pills!!! They have helped me so much. They are easy to take, don’t make me constipated, and has kept from me from being anemic despite my horrible bleeding. I recommend them to anybody who has a problem tolerating other iron supplements.

Excellent iron

I have been buying this brand of iron for 3 years now for my mom who is over 90 years old. The capsule is easy for her to swallow. There's no after taste. She doesn't get constipated like she has with other brands. I will continue to purchase this iron supplement.
