Definitely not the most flattering pic, but I wanted to try to capture how well my flanges fit in this bra. So incredibly well, I can actually do things while pumping. Like eat a meal, wash dishes, fold some laundry or brush my hair and teeth before bed. I’ve tried multiple pumping bras over the last 9 weeks, and this one wins, hands down. It’s so adjustable, very comfortable and super sturdy. The openings for the flanges are double layered, so they are held in place both vertically and horizontally. The back is very strong Velcro, which is fully adjustable. The front has an extra 1-inch piece which attaches to the zipper, which is perfect for me as my breasts are wide set. Totally worth the price tag. 100% recommend.

The first fitting takes a little effort, but once it’s dialed in, you’re set. I saw a few reviews mentioning the Velcro wearing down, so I’ll just say: take care when washing. I use a small garment bag and avoid constantly readjusting it—mine’s held up great. This isn’t meant to be your everyday bra (and it’s not the most flattering), but it’s a tool, and an incredibly effective one. I wear my nursing bra, flip it down, zip this on just enough to keep it in place, line up the flanges, zip it the rest of the way, and off I go—fully hands-free. It holds everything steady so I can actually get other things done while pumping. I ended up buying a second one so I’d always have a clean backup. That says it all.

I have been searching for two weeks since my little one was born to find a pumping bra that has good enough support to be truly hands-free. I’ve tried store-bought, DIY hacks, attachments you clip onto your existing nursing bra. All I have found is tears and tendinitis from having to hold flanges and pumping bottles to my chest and killing my wrists. While this bra looks like something from a dominatrix’s Playhouse, this is now the best weapon in my pumping arsenal. The bra itself is super supportive as it is, but comes with straps for additional support. Probably helpful for maintaining the shape of your Tatas. Absolutely make sure you choose the optional center panel to assure a good fit. I almost didn’t get it, not realizing how far apart my nips are from one another. I’m so grateful that I changed my mind at the last minute! I wouldn’t say that the bra is super stretchy, but that is important so that it can maintain support. Luckily, the bra does not use clasps but instead uses a generous swath of Velcro to assure a custom fit. Unlike many of the other bras I have seen, the openings utilize a four way panel system that sits your pumping apparatus firmly on your chest. Overall, the bra offers a great amount of compression so that you don’t have to hold anything up, or even have to do a lot of massaging to help with expression. I honestly haven’t been so excited since my baby was born. Let’s see how this holds up after a few weeks!

I’ve been using this every pump sessions and it’s cut my pumping time in half since I can comfortably pump both breasts at once. I was skeptical because with my last daughter, I bought one of these and it was trash. I opted for the best rating I could find and so far I’ve been pleased. Yes, it was a huge pain putting it on the first time but I got the “settings” right and now before pumping, I put the flanges through the openings, wrap the bra around me like a towel, adjust the position, and zip it up in the front. Then I attach the hoses and start. It’s pretty simple that way. It does suck taking the bra off because the flanges kind of peel off my skin, so just be very gentle during the removal process. Overall really pleased and probably need to invest in a second.
