Great folate and b12
So far so good! I got these because I wanted a high dose folate. I like these because you need 2 capsules for the full dose so I can easily take half dose for others in the family who donโt need the 15MG

Very high quality although this one was too strong for me I went to the 1mg you can feel the difference if you have the mthfr gene mutation and start taking this supplement I was energetic as can be but did seem to much for me as I only need 1mg dosage .
