will this scratch your guitar?

No, that won't happen, this is a nylon braided guitar strap with cowhide ends that will protect your guitar very well.

The adjustment buckle and pegs of this guitar strap are metal.

Is short enough for a 9 year-old girl?

No. I originally ordered this for my 11 year old son who is on the smaller side. Even sized all the way down, it was FAR too big. I ended up using it on my own guitar. The houndstooth is beautiful and the quality is top line, but not child sized.

Nefelibata guitar straps are made in China with Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide leather on the end of the straps. The styles and patterns are designed by the Nefelibata music studio and manufactured in a professional factory to ensure the best quality products and services for musicians and Nefelibata lovers.
