When it costs silly money to have your car connected to diagnostics the cost of Carista is amazingly reasonable, I originally purchased it to enable me to change the rear brake pads on my Passat which need to be retracted electronically but the number of things I have found it can do is excellent. I do my own servicing so a quick regular diagnostic without needing VGA software and computer makes life so much easier. Now with more makes and models accessible, friends and acquaintances needing a fault diagnosed are so grateful, sadly even though I suggest they buy their own, they are not sufficiently confident to do it themselves although I sho how easy it is to plug in and run the App, A no brained tool for anyone who works on their own cars.
