SINGER 00280 Self-Threading (Calyxeye) Hand Sewing Needles, Assorted Sizes, 10-Count,

I have a difficult time threading smaller needles. These are just perfect. The thread goes in through the top, easy to push in. Other self threaders hook from the side. I prefer these. I was worried the thread might pop back out while sewing, but it doesn't. They seem to be sturdy. I used them quite a lot this Christmas and had no problems. I do feel they are a good value for the price, and I recommend them to anyone who has a difficult time threading needles.

I'm 50 and my eyesight just isn’t what it used to be—threading needles had become a real struggle. These self-threading needles are a total game changer. The Calyxeye design actually works! No more squinting or fumbling with the thread. They make sewing so much easier and less frustrating. If your eyes aren’t as sharp as they used to be, do yourself a favor and get these. Absolute lifesaver!

I have a hard time threading needles now and these are really easy to use. Have to be careful to not pull too hard or the thread slips back out, but that gets better as you use them more often. No longer spending 20 minutes to thread a needle!

Poor quality control. Only got six needles, not ten. But work really well.

I love these needles. It's great to not have to squint and poke at a tiny hole in order to thread a needle. They are so easy to thread and the thread stays in place.

I love the brand Singer and trust the quality. I’m disappointed that my order only included 4 needles and it was supposed to be a pack of 10. I noticed it too late; the return window closed :(

Way easier to thread... just go from top to bottom with a push on the string (you’ll need a heavier string)

Easy to use.

Utter garbage, had 2 break already for relatively minor repairs, a dollar store kit lasts longer. Product is ineligible for refund or return, contacting manufacturer is the only resolution being offered, and that seems to be just an AI bot that runs you in circles. The Singer brand meant quality at some point, it doesn't anymore. You'd be better off lighting your money on fire.

I find it takes a bit of strength to pull the thread through the slot at top of the needle; other brands of self-threading needles I have bought have been easier to use.
