THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD I LEARN SO MANY MATES AND TECHNIQUE UNDER 30 RUPPES AND THIS BOOK IS UNDERSTANDABLE I UNDERSTAND IT EASILY IN AGE 12 YEARS

Best book for a starter. My 9 year old is really enjoying the book. We just wish the book had been big in size. Its really hard to see in the small sized book. But the content is great!

It's a very good book and it's very easy to carry anywhere and can be used to improve your chess knowledge..

In case you are learning, or let's say you want to teach a child how to play chess, I would suggest going for this book. This is a bestseller because it's worth it! Contains numerous examples, and in a step-by-step manner, you learn how to play. Of course, after that, all depends upon the amount of practice you put in.

Bad bookNot for someone who wants to learn chess. May for those who are familiar with chess.The book is small in size and with small font. The print is pathetic.Not very readable ... never wanted to go beyond 5 pages.

Before you buy this book, you need to know three things:1. This book does not have anything to do with the famous chess grandmaster Bobby Fischer. He did not write it. The publishers merely paid him to put his name and image on the book. But the book is still great, unique, and is of immense help to beginners.2. The book does not teach you how to think like a grandmaster, but it does teach you how to not think like a rookie. The entire book is focused on basic mistakes. Therefore, naturally, there will come a point in your chess career when you will no more use any of the techniques in this book. At that point, you might think, "that book was a waste of money", but in reality, it has already done its job.3. You still need a basic chess book to go with it. This is primarily a puzzle/problems book that you practice on the side.Beginners often do not consider the positions of all the chess pieces when they make a move. They focus only on the piece that directly attacks any of their pieces. As a result, they tend to overlook obvious traps and mates. That is what this book teaches. It is essential, and does a great job of doing what it does.

This is very very basic beginners guide. Some people complaining regarding printing mistake, few pages are printed upside down but this is on purpose writer has explained once u finish reading this till last page then u have to flip and start reading from right side again.I don't think Bobby Fischer has any thing to do with this book. Publisher or writer is just using his name to gain more sale.Regarding this book: absolutely basic guid. Good for some one who wants to learn ♟️ I am using this book to teach my child cheese coz this book has some good examples which are easy to understand.Overall good to teach or learn basics of chess. Avoid this if u know already know basic or if u play cheese at beginners level

Sayfaların ters-düz/karışık olması gerekiyormuş. Kitabı aldım ve sayfaların bir kısmı ters bir kısmı düz ve sayfalar karışık biçimdeydi. Yanlış basıldığını sanıp değişime gönderdim ve elime ulaşan diğer kitap da aynı şekilde basılmıştı. Ufak bir araştırmadan sonra bu basımın bilinçli olduğunu öğrendim. Kitabı normal düz bir şekilde bitirdikten sonra ters çevirip kaldığınız yerden (sağ taraftaki sayfalardan) devam ediyorsunuz. Kitapta bunun açıklaması mevcut.

There is a reason why Fischer is considered to be one of the best chess players of all times, so needless to say that the book would be high quality as expected. The book is more a strategy book for check mates than a complete chess tutorial. As you work through Fischer's puzzles, it kind of opens you up to the number of ways you can check mate the opponent. The book is quite lucid and exciting as well and focuses on a few strategies. However, if you are a beginner and want to learn about the game as a whole (opening, mid game, ending), then Logical Chess Move my Move is a good choice.

I bought this book for an elderly relative who has never played chess, and he was very impressed with it, and so was I. He has played less than 10 games, and his game has improved significantly. We love the diagrams, and the brevity of the authors' language. Thank you for this amazing book. It keeps our brains ''young''.

Practical exercises rather than theory. Note this book appears to have half it's pages "printed upside down", however it's designed this way. It's so exercises can be completed without seeing the response on the adjacent side. I wish some exercises had more explanations, since I don't understand why I get some responses wrong.
