Oh My This is GOOD Vinegar.I didn't know what to expect and what I received I could never have imagined. When you taste it for the first time, you know it's vinegar BUT....The flavor is hard to describe. I will say it's sweet, as vinegars go, with a taste that is reminiscent of chocolate, good chocolate, not cheap chocolate. It is really good and adds a whole new level of flavor to any food.A MUST tray for any foodie. If you like new food tastes, just buy it. I can’t do soy sauce and have been searching for a reasonable substitute for that umami flavor profile. This black vinegar fit the bill for me. It’s definitely tangier than soy sauce but I am finding I am loving what this vinegar brings to the table. Not missing the soy sauce any longer!

I’m a hot and sour soup fan and I found a new recipe where black vinegar was needed. It’s not something I’m familiar with so I went by reviews. What a difference! This has an unusual flavor but my soup was fantastic- easily the best I’ve had had, and it came from my kitchen!

a Little in Ramen base and KaPOW. Deep smooth flavor Very Nice, Mix alittle with soy sauce with the ramen flavor base packets and make a slurry and mix the cooked noodles into it. 🔥

Very good Chinese black vinegar. Authentic flavor, naturally fermented and aged 3 years. Works perfectly for dumplings, stir-fries, and noodle dishes. Highly recommend.

great for homemade ramen

Even though I find it quite a bit pricey, it's not bad and has a good flavor. It pairs pretty well with dumplings, so I'm happy at least about that.
