Artis PS-600VA 600VA Line Interactive UPS for Personal Computers, Desktop PCs, Laptops, Routers, Networking Devices and Gaming Consoles

I purchased this UPS for my CPU and monitor, and it's working great. My area has frequent power cuts during the monsoon, so it's been a real boon. Disclaimer: I bought it only to handle power cuts, not for long battery backup, since my house already has an inverter and my PC is low-spec.but always check your PC's power load before buying. Overall, I love this product—it's a great budget-friendly solution!

My PC configuration is 450w PSU, intel i5 4th gen, gt740 graphics and 22" monitor. It gives me backup of 10 to 30 mins depending on usage. 30 mins backup for light usage like web browsing and working remotely. 10 to 15 mins backup for heavy usage like gaming, rendering, etc. Faced little problem with UPS before but after calling Artis customer care, very next day their engineer was at my home to solve the problem. So no issues with after sales services. Good product but overpriced after lockdown. Price is increased to Rs. 500 to Rs.800 approx than that of which was before lockdown, hence one star less. Edit: It's been more than 3 months I am using this now and had to face multiple problems. *First problem I faced, PC getting restarted automatically when power goes off, their technician came and replaced the motherboard in UPS. *After replacement of motherboard within few days its power button stopped working, PC remained ON even when power button on UPS was off. Description shows it can even work on only micro load such as router. But when I connected only router to UPS, it turned OFF after 2 to 4 minutes, so if you are planning to buy it for you router this isn't the one. Got it repaired 2 times in 3 months of usage.

I purchased the Artis PS-600VA UPS, but unfortunately it appears to be faulty. The UPS does not provide any battery backup and fails to perform its primary function. Despite following the installation instructions, the unit is not working as expected. What made the experience worse was the after-sales support. When I tried to initiate a replacement/return through the Amazon app and website, nothing happened. After contacting Amazon customer support, I was informed that this is a third-party product and that I should contact the manufacturer's service center directly. The contact number provided by Amazon was switched off and unreachable, leaving me with a non-functional product and no effective support channel. I purchased this product expecting reliable power backup and customer service, but received neither. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Artis PS 600VA UPS always rocks. And is must for all the CCTV camera to give complete security during power failure. And is far better than all other UPS. I am using in my CCTV camera and if current goes upto 45 min CCTV camera will not be disable or need to reset. There wont be any missing part thanks to Artis PS-600VA UPS.

I would say it is average product within year battery died no backup at all

Excellent product! I purchased this UPS on 4th June and have been using it for the past 5 days. The product specification mentioned a backup of 40 minutes, but I observed around 1 hour 40 minutes of backup yesterday, which is impressive. Overall, it is definitely worth the money.

Ontime delivery and product was neatly packed. Using this product for last two months for my old desktop and it does the work. Did not got the chance to test the longitivity of power back but it does provide power backup during power failure (providing enough time to save my work and shutdown) Whenever there's power failure this UPS switching to power backup seamlessly. Easy to register for warranty. So far happy with the product. One star less for the power failure indicator light can be in different colour as sometime you tend to confuse whether there's power failure or its voltage fluctuation (my previous ups has that indicator which is missing in this ups, but not a big issue)

I came to know that some PCB having relay unstable issues. My system was totally dead but I am very lucky that it's still under warranty period. I contacted service support team member Shahnawaz, who guided me for service support at Bowbazar, Kolkata which is far away my place. On nominal charges of Rs.590 incl GST I get the service at home today. My battery & PCB replaced with new product under warranty period free of cost and UPS is working properly. Thanks for quick and quality service support by Artis. As a customer I highly appreciate the after sale service by Sri Chittaranjan Kr Jha, a soft spoken polite and sincere technical person.
