Casio 7688 10347688 Watch

This is a genuine, Casio branded replacement band that fits and matches my watch perfectly. The original lasted over ten years with very little wear, so I expect this will do the same. It’s a little tricky to replace the bands on a G-Shock, so I recommend taking your time or letting someone else do it for you if you don’t have great dexterity in your hands and fingers. It also does not come with new pins, so make sure you keep your olds ones.

This watch straps appears to be a genuine Casio brand strap. It fits my G-Shock GD100MS-1 perfectly, with the only difference being the bright hardware instead of dark. The overall quality of the strap appears to be the same as the original strap in terms of thickness, stiffness, and matte finish. This strap did not come with new spring bars, so I had to reuse the old ones. I highly recommend purchasing a spring-bar tool if you don't have one, as the are particularly difficult to work with in the very tight, confined fitment of the strap to the watch body.

For some reason it is becoming harder and harder to find accessories that actually fit, out of the box. This is it. The band is made for the watch, no bull, no excuses, no blades to "must trim to fit". Even comes with two tubes in case you loose one when changing out the NATO style band like I did. Material is much softer and still strong, feel more comfortable then a couple of other G-Shocks I own. Almost as comfortable as the NATO. Unfortunately, if you wear a NATO band for your every day wear, you know they tend to dry really slow, collect sun-screen, dirt, and may even smell after a while. This band solved my problem. Now I can switch from NATO to rubber, clean up my NATO band, dry it properly, etc. Glad I got this.

I had to replace my old G-Shock bands and decided to try this brand. The material quality is excellent, and installation was easy. It’s been holding up well to the elements and has lasted a few months without any issues. Highly recommend.

This is the second watch band that I have purchased for my watch of ten years. The first replacement was a cheaper version, not an official Casio product. The first one was a challenge to get attached as it was a bit too big, and the bad was a very shiny black, not flat in color like the original. It lasted 4 years so I got my $$$ worth from it. This new band fit onto the watch bezel with ease and is a flat black just like the original band was. Now it looks like the original watch. Just hope it lasts at least for the same amount of time.

Straight out of the package I can feel and see there were differences between the watch band on my Casio and this one I ordered on Amazon and the packaging which claims to be original. Differences I noticed: my Casio has a semigloss black this one is flat black, the buckle on my Casio has a nice shine to it, this one is dull and a bit thinner, and lastly the material does not feel exactly same. My Casio has a thick sturdy feel, this one feels a bit thinner and not as sturdy. At the end of the day I kept it. After 9 years of wear and tear on my original watch band, it ripped and can no longer can be used. If I do find an original watch band I will more than likely replace this one I found on Amazon.

Tengo un G-Shock de los primeros y estaba buscando una correa que le quedara, esta cumple perfectamente con las especificaciones. Es idéntica a la que estoy sustituyendo. Es de muy buena calidad.
