Im a mustard snob and so I buy mustard like this so I can talk down to other people. This mustard was just right and not hot or spicy. I would say mild and rich.

TOO MUCH VINEGAR
I love all varieties of mustard. I love apple cider vinegar. But dang......this is just overpowering with the vinegar smell/taste. Don't believe me? It is listed # ONE on the ingredients list. It isn't bad but if the smell and taste of ACV turns you off do not buy this. This is a decent mustard but it is not a great German Mustard. If you want German Mustard buy something else.
