Simply the best
I rarely write reviews, but I am so impressed with Amika. It is hands down the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. My hair is blonde and color treated and every shampoo/conditioner I tried left my hair feeling dry and frizzy. I used to use Biolage, and it was great until their formula changed. Same goes with OGX. I love Pureology but it’s quite $$, but I feel Amika works even better. You need very little to clean your hair and you barely need any conditioner because the shampoo alone leaves your hair soft and hydrated. I still need some conditioner and I felt it immediately moisturizing, not just sitting on top of my hair like a lot of other brands. Amika, please don’t sell out or change your formulas, and you will have a dedicated customer for life!

Not what i expected - both the shampoo and the conditioner
I wanted to try their Amika shampoo and conditioner since I use the AMIKA Velvet leave in product and love it. Plus, I needed travel size shampoo and conditioners. Hence, I figure trying out the small size would be a great way to try them out. Unlike Olaplex and Bumble and Bumble, which use very little shampoo and conditioner for the same price - and I love these products. Using Amika Shampoo & Conditioner products, I needed a larger amount - pretty much the same as I would use with $10 shampoo and conditioner. -- Therefore, they are not concentrated as other quality products and cost a lot more. Plus, the travel size containers are really CHEAP and I doubt the lids will stay closed.

Smells so good
Always smells good and makes hair soft

The scent is terrible !
The shampoo is just ok nothing special. It has such a strong perfume scent that I cannot tolerate it. If you are even slightly sensitive to fragrance, I do not recommend this shampoo. Other than the scent I find it too moisturizing.

Love it
I love this haircare line!! It's my fav and I have repurchased their products numerous times!! I recommend it if ur trying to bring some life back into dead hair :)

Greasy hair
I wanted to love this. It smells great and and has super cute packaging however this shampoo was not made for someone with hair my kind of hair. It says for all hair types but this left my hair feeling heavy, weighed down and very oily/greasy. My hair is naturally very straight and very oily, so if you have similar hair I would not recommend.
