大きさ、使用した感じとてもいいです。引っ搔けば当然若干の後はつきますが耐久性もいいので気に入りました。

以前、二枚合わせのマットを購入し、使っているうちに間に空気が入って違和感が増したため、一枚造りらしい本マットを購入しました。買ったばかりの感想としては、クッション性は問題ないが、表面がざらざらして、腕を這わせて滑らすと少々痛い感じがします。新しいから表面を拭いているうちに目立たなくなるかもと思って期待しています。

183x122x0.8cmを購入。広く適度な厚さでクッション性も十分。滑り止めが効いて安全性も高い。テレビの前に敷いて見たい番組を見ながらストレッチ、筋トレ、柔軟体操ができる。おかげで最近大分身体が柔らかく軽くなった気がしている。

The exact color shown online, it’s actually big. I wanted it to cover most of the floor - more than a regular sized mat. This one is big enough to roll all the way over without worrying about going off of the mat.

長細いマットは多々あるが幅広のマットは択一でした。匂いはほぼ無いので気になりません。同寸以上のラグを被せて敷けば居住空間の違和感は全く無くなります。

I recently upgraded to this larger yoga mat, and it has made a big difference in my home workouts.
