Does it make sound with continuity?

I just checked , mine doesn’t any sound .

Does this fluke, measure dc volts in decimal point eg: 12.42 v ? or just 12v? purchased a uni-t that give me only whole numbers...need a replacement.

Yes. The Fluke 101 measures dc volts in decimal point. Plus the auto scaling means you don't have to select the voltage range. It does it for you. I just verified it by checking my car battery / 12.32VDC.

Can you add the magnetic strap to this ?

The TPAK would work with the 101.
